Refund Policy

AIAnchor is operated by the owner of AIAnchor, referred to as "AIAnchor," "we," "us," or "our."

General policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer automatic prorated refunds when you cancel mid-cycle. If you have a specific situation — for example, a charge you did not expect or a billing error — contact us and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, but refund decisions are made by AIAnchor unless otherwise required by law.

When refunds are granted

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing system error
  • You were charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect — contact us within 7 days
  • A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page using the "Manage billing" link, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained and you revert to the Free plan limits — you do not lose your project memories immediately.
